Divine Pineapple Sorbet

A wonderful treat for adults and kids alike, pineapple sorbet is a summertime favorite.


  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • 1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 1/3 C. sugar
  • 1/2 C. chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


In a bowl, combine all pineapple sorbet ingredients; mix well. Cover and freeze  sorbet for 1 hour. Stir; return sorbet to freezer for at least 2 hours before serving pineapple sorbet.
